Emerson's are thrilled to have made the Otago Nuggets and Southern Hoiho team this season. While they do the hooping, Emerson's do the hopping. Just because you don't want a beer, it doesn't mean you don't want a beer. So, Emerson's brewed you a beer. Inspired by the big bold flavours of Bird Dog IPA, but without the bite. Little Bird is an alcohol free IPA, with a deliciously-puritanical, true expression of the hop flavour. It's so tasty, you won't even realise you're not drinking. Until the morning, of course. Dry hopped using New Zealand and USA hops for a super-fresh, super vibrant aroma, with a super-crisp, super-quenching finish.

Porter is the oldest commercially brewed style and London Porter was Emerson's first beer. Dark, dry and mellow with some hoppy characteristics, pours a deep brown colour with reddish tints.

This mini bar contains a carefully curated selection of favourites, so you can take your taste-buds on a journey, even while you're on a journey. Emerson's hereby inform you that you are now on the official Naughty List. The mere act of looking at this can is more than enough - whether you drink it or not. Yes, all that good behaviour (ahem) is out the window. So, you may as well indulge in the big bold, intensely tropical flavours of this Double IPA, while inhaling the gooseberry and grape aromas. Don't worry, though, you're in good company.

Commiserations. We regret to inform you that you haven't made the Naughty List. You're officially Nice. If it's any consolation, this beer is no less naughty. A big, bold Hazy Double IPA, with intense citrus and tropical flavours, and blueberry aromas. At 7.8% ABV it's a good one to share, perhaps with one of your Nice friends.

The Orange Roughy's scientific name is Hoplostethus atlanticus. Which roughly translates as, hazy, hoppy pale ale with a tropical fruit aroma, citrus flavour, and malty backbone. In the past, the roughy has been subject to unsustainable practices - completely selling out. Thanks to the hard work of our brewers, numbers are now on the rise. Careful you don't exceed your quota, though.

This Hazy IPA was brewed by the women of Emerson's to celebrate International Women's Day. So it's no surprise it was made with passion. Two kinds of passion, in fact. Fresh passionfruit juice and Abstrax Skyfarer Passionfruit went into the brew with Mosaic, Citra and Simcoe hops. It's intensely tart, tangy and fruity. The kind of flavour you'll feel strongly about. Passionate, even.

This is a classic West Coast (USA) style IPA. It has a dry finish, with limited malt sweetness, which accentuates the hop flavour and hop bitterness. So the beer is punchy on hop flavour, and firm lingering hop bitterness. The bitterness is 66 IBU - hoppy, bitter, dry.

This full flavoured lager was launched in 2008 and named 'Best Low Carbohydrate Beer in New Zealand' in 2009 and 2010 at the NZ Beer Awards. It also became the first New Zealand low carb beer to win a Gold medal at the prestigious Monde Selection awards in Belgium in 2010, winning Gold again in 2011.
